William H. Greenwood, M.D.
William H. Greenwood provides orthopaedic care to patients in the Gwinnett location. His specialty is orthopaedics with an emphasis in sports medicine. Prior to joining Southern Orthopaedic Specialists,
Dr. Greenwood was a founding member of Resurgens Orthopaedics, an affiliate of Ortholink. Dr. Greenwood is board certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a fellow with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Awarded as one of the “Top Docs” in AtlantaMagazine in 1999, Dr. Greenwood has served as the team physician for several area high schools and the Venue Medical Director for the 1996 Paralympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Greenwood resides in the Lawrenceville area with his wife, Keli and their four children, Caroline, Laura, Charlotte, and Mary Frances. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and is a volunteer for the Gwinnett Children’s Shelter.
