Driving Directions

From the North:
Take I-75/85 through downtown and follow signs for I-85 Columbus. Follow I-85 South to Exit #61 Fayetteville/Fairburn. Make a left onto Hwy 74 toward Peachtree City. Go approximately 2.8 miles to Sandy Creek Road. Make a left onto Sandy Creek Road and travel approximately 6 miles until you see a sign for Fayette Community Hospital on the right. Turn right and bear left into the hospital complex. Go to physicians building inside the hospital, Suite 102.

From 85 South:
Take 85 south to Exit #61 Fayetteville/Fairburn. Make a right onto Hwy 74 toward Peachtree City. Go approximately 2.8 miles to Sandy Creek Road. Make a left onto Sandy Creek Road and travel approximately 6 miles. Turn right at the Fayette Community Hospital sign, then bear left into the hospital complex. The office is located in the physicians building inside the hospital, Suite 102.

From 75 South:
Take 75 south to 285 West. Take I-85 south toward Columbus. Follow I- 85 south to Exit #61 Fayetteville/Fairburn. Make a left onto Hwy 74 toward Peachtree City. Go approximately 2.8 miles to Sandy Creek Road. Turn left onto Sandy Creek Road and travel approximately 6 miles until you see a Fayette Community Hosptial sign on the right. Turn right then bear left into the hospital campus. The office is located inside the hospital in the physicians building, Suite 102.
